Returns and exchanges

If a ready-to-wear piece is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Made-to-order and customized pieces are cut to your measurements and cannot be returned. Message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back and we will guide you through it.

What can be returned

  • Ready-to-wear and limited-edition pieces, within 14 days of the day you received them.
  • The piece must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with any tags still attached.
  • Please return it in its original packaging, protected well enough to travel.
  • Keep the WhatsApp order message or delivery note — it is how we identify your order.

What cannot be returned

  • Made-to-order and customized pieces, which are cut and embroidered to your own measurements.
  • Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or perfumed.
  • Pieces returned after the return window has closed.
  • This does not affect your rights if a piece arrives faulty — see below.

How to start a return

  • Message us on WhatsApp with your name, the piece and what went wrong — size, colour or a fault.
  • We confirm whether the piece is eligible and send you the return address.
  • Post the piece back with a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
  • Return postage is paid by you, except when the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges, refunds and faulty pieces

  • Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we arrange the exchange or refund with you over WhatsApp.
  • Exchanges depend on the size and colour still being available; if it is not, we agree a refund instead.
  • If a piece arrives faulty or we sent the wrong one, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we cover the return postage.
  • Delivery charges you originally paid are refunded only when the piece was faulty or incorrect.

Still unsure? Ask us before you order — we would rather help you choose the right size than process a return.
